La Nueva Posada is one of the nicest Bed and Breakfast Hotels in Ajijic. The Eager family built it. They have lived in the Ajijic area since 1976. They owned the Old Posada before they designed and built La Nueva Posada. La Nueva Posada has 19 suites on 3 levels and some of them have spectacular views of the lake.

It is located at the end of Donato Guerra Street, next to the lake. It is easy to find. It is in the heart of Ajijic, so walking all around town is not a problem. If you tell a taxi driver that you are going to La Nueva Posada, he will take you right there. It is famous in this town. To me, walking into the lobby of the hotel is like stepping into a castle. …
